Adults only
YDestiny is intended only for people aged 18 and over. Minors must not create an account or use the service. Suspected underage accounts can be reported through the in-app reporting tools or the safety contact below.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the sexualisation of minors, grooming, sexual solicitation involving minors, sextortion, trafficking and any content or conduct that facilitates, promotes or normalises the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child. This includes real, manipulated and AI-generated material. These standards apply to profiles, posts, images, messages and all other interactions.
How to report
Use Report on a profile, post or conversation in the app, or contact mobitoolsro@gmail.com with “YDestiny — child safety concern”. Give a profile or content reference and a factual description. Do not download, forward or attach suspected CSAM to a report. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Review and action
Reports involving child safety are prioritised for review. When we become aware of CSAM or CSAE, we take appropriate action, including restricting access to offending content, removing it and suspending or terminating accounts where appropriate. We preserve information only as required for lawful reporting, investigations and legal obligations.
Reporting to authorities
We cooperate with competent regional and national authorities and report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authority or reporting organisation, as required by applicable law. We do not permit users to trade, circulate or request illegal material while reporting a concern.
Designated safety contact
