This policy describes personal data used by YDestiny - Social Astrology (Mobi Tools ROU), including the mobile app and this support website.
What information is involved
Depending on the features you use, the app processes account identifiers and sign-in details, profile information, date, time and place of birth, photos and uploaded content, preferences, location with permission, social interactions, messages, AI conversations, purchase history and technical diagnostics. Do not include sensitive information about other people in public posts or AI prompts.
How information is used
Information is used to provide authentication, profiles, astrology and compatibility features, discovery, messaging, AI conversations, purchases and support, and to protect users against abuse and fraud. Optional permissions such as location, camera and photo access can be managed in device settings.
Service providers
The app uses Google Firebase for account and application services; Apple and Google for sign-in and payments; RevenueCat for purchase verification; Google AdMob for advertising; and AI or astrology providers, including OpenAI and DivineAPI, for the features you request. Relevant inputs are sent to the provider needed to deliver that feature. The providers process data under their own terms and applicable agreements.
Advertising
The app can display advertisements. Ad providers may process device or advertising identifiers, approximate location, interaction data and diagnostics. Consent and tracking choices, where applicable, are controlled through the app’s consent experience and your device settings.
Visibility and security
Profile and social content may be visible to other users according to the feature and your settings. Private conversation data is processed to provide chat and safety functions. Do not treat a private chat as a guarantee that the recipient cannot copy content. Access controls protect application data, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your rights
Data is used while your account and requested features need it. You can request access, correction, export or deletion by emailing mobitoolsro@gmail.com. Account deletion and any retention exceptions are described on our account deletion page. Some providers process data outside your country; applicable safeguards and their privacy terms govern those transfers.
This website
This public website contains information and email links. It does not require registration, include advertising pixels or place analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process ordinary server access logs for delivery and security. Clicking an email link opens your email app; your request is sent only when you send the email.
Children and contact
The service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly permit accounts for minors. Report suspected underage use or privacy concerns to mobitoolsro@gmail.com. You may also contact your competent data protection authority.
